These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Thrival Coaches website and your enrollment in the 90-Day Thrival Cohort and any other program offered by Thrival Coaches (“Thrival Coaches,” “we,” “us”). By applying to or enrolling in a Thrival Coaches program, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Program
Thrival Coaches provides lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness coaching, education, and accountability built around the T.H.R.I.V.A.L. Framework. Coaching is not medical care. Nothing provided by Thrival Coaches should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from a licensed medical or mental health professional. You should continue working with your own medical providers for any diagnosed condition.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
Enrollment in the 90-Day Thrival Cohort is subject to application and acceptance. Thrival Coaches may decline or limit enrollment at its discretion, including to maintain cohort capacity. Current cohort details (start date, time commitment, capacity, and price) are published on the 90-Day Cohort page and may change between cohorts.
3. Payment
The program fee is due at enrollment and may be paid in full or through the installment plan offered at checkout. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment (or the first installment, where applicable) is received. If an installment payment fails, Thrival Coaches may pause program access until payment is resolved.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your enrollment within the first 14 days of your cohort’s start date for a refund of the program fee prorated to the remaining days of that 14-day window. After the first 14 days, program fees are non-refundable. To cancel, contact Thrival Coaches directly using the contact information on this site.
5. Community and Conduct
Where a cohort includes group calls or a private community space, participants are expected to engage respectfully and to keep what other participants share confidential. Thrival Coaches may remove a participant from group spaces for conduct that is abusive, unsafe, or disruptive to other participants, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
The T.H.R.I.V.A.L. Framework, its seven principles, and all related written materials, worksheets, and content provided through the program are the proprietary intellectual property of Thrival Coaches. They are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use during and after the program. You may not copy, teach, resell, or otherwise distribute Thrival Coaches materials without written permission.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Program delivery, scheduling, accountability tracking, and community features are provided in part through CoachAccountable, a third-party coaching platform. Your use of that platform is also subject to CoachAccountable’s own terms and privacy practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrival Coaches is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in a program or use of this website. Thrival Coaches makes no guarantee of specific results, as outcomes depend on individual effort, circumstances, and other factors outside our control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
Thrival Coaches may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or participation in a program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
